Banana Shake

This is one of my favorite shakes. Without the spinach, it somehow reminds me of a vanilla milkshake! YUM!

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 cup filtered water

1 medjool date

Small handful ice (if banana was not frozen)

To make a green smoothie:

Add 1-2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves.


  1. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.  Drink immediately.
