Broccoli Salad


1 head broccoli, chopped into small pieces

Juice of ½ lemon

1 clove garlic, crushed

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter

Sea Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  1. Place everything except broccoli and sesame seeds int a blender and process until creamy.
  2. Pour over broccoli, toss to coat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
