Crunchy Cole Slaw


½ head red cabbage, shredded

½ head white cabbage, shredded

½ tsp sea salt

2 carrots, grated

½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or less)

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup chopped scallions

1 tsp mustard powder

¼ cup agave nectar or raw honey (more or less to suite your taste)

Black sesame seeds

  1. Toss cabbage, scallions, and carrots in a bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour mixture on top of salad and stir.
  4. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve.
