Ice Dream



This is a TREMENDOUS replacement for traditional ice cream. I was an ice cream-lover from birth, and this is the only healthy substitute I've found that I truly enjoy. My favorite way to make it is to use 4 or 5 frozen RIPE bananas with a little water. Blend and devour!

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen fruit of choice 
(bananas are creamiest!..strawberries or mangoes also work very well)

2 tablespoons agave nectar, if needed

1 tsp. vanilla

Any toppings you like!


  1. Peel fruit, cut into smaller pieces and freeze.
  2. Add agave nectar to frozen fruit and blend in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Enjoy right away or re-freeze.  Add any toppings and serve!
